My feet are swollen due to edema and my right foot requires size 14WWW in men's even though my left foot is only a 12W. I am a woman, they dont make women's sneakers in my size so I have no choice. But they fit the right foot perfect though.

They are comfortable and I find the width and length accurate to the one you choose. No problem wearing them all day. My one complaint is the arch support could be better. But overall I like these shoes. I do not think they are made for athletic activities though. But as a walking shoe they are very nice.
