Welcome Skateboarding is brand that embraces skateboarding for the creativity and individuality it has always bred and thrived on. The Welcome Skateboarding x Nike SB Blazer Mid comes dressed in a Sail, Dark Beetroot, and White color scheme. The sneaker starts off with a Sail leather upper decorated with a toe that shows signs of wear and pre-distressing to help give it the asphalt’s rugged texture. I needed to replace my Vibram Five Fingers 7 or so dedicated years. These are incredibly comfortable, and have almost as much ground feel, with just a tiny hint of cushion which actually feels quite nice. They are super light and form to the foot well.

First off, these shoes came boxed nicely, wrapped in flannel with the name brand embroidered on it....a really sharp packaging idea! The shoes themselves are beautiful, the cognac being a rich brown that had a beautiful shine to it. The description calls these joggers, but with no arch support, and the thin soles, I wouldn't recommend them for a jog....they are more like a driving loafer with a lace up. These shoes are extremely narrow, which is surprising for the brand, as I have another pair of this brand same sized that are too big. I can wear them with a thin no show sock with no problem. They are really pretty shoes, and wear well, but I would never wear these for an event with a lotta walking. They pair well with jeans at the office or out for an evening. I really do like them, and for the quality they are, they should last a long time!

I got these to wear at work as my "casual Friday" shoes. I had read that they were light, so anticipated that they probably wouldn't last that long outside (especially as I do a lot of walking during my work commute).
Sure enough, the box arrived as I was surprised to find it contained the shoes--they were so light!
I put them on with extreme ease. The upper fabric is a bit elastic so it glides over my feet and removes just as easily. The cushioning is great and paired with jeans they look great too.

I would suggest wearing these indoors only. If you are able to store shoes at work like I am, then these are perfect. Outdoors, not so much.
The cushioning is abundant but not overbearing. Because the shoes are light, including the soles, you get a nice bounce to them when walking, and my feet never feel weighted when I have one leg resting on the other while sitting.

I bought my first pair elsewhere and liked them so much I purchased another from Amazon. The foot pocket is VERY wide which is great. I used them on a trip to Paris where I walked all day for miles and miles. It was somewhat hot and I kept thinking how comfortable my feet were. I have a bit of Neuropathy in my feet and these fit the bill!
