My son is a heavy guy and finding shoes that are supportive and the right width is challenging. He stands on his feet all day so it's important he have comfortable support, and according to him, these shoes do the job very nicely. I plan to buy him another pair when I can.

Still getting used to the updates, but fair warning, these are the squeakiest scrunchiest damn shoes. The tongues rub and the shoes fart with every step. I went after them with my olive oil sprayer and all is well now. I'm a few months in and I still have to reapply from time to time.

I ordered a pair for myself, a half size larger as suggested, and am thrilled with them. Being this is my second pair of Puma's and like most of the reviews on here....If your going to purchase Puma's always buy 1/2 size larger. You will save your self a lot of time by doing this. Look at other reviews and you will see many on here have said the same thing....Select 1/2 size larger.....

These shoes are amazing. I remembered my dad wearing these circa 1970. So, when I was looking for a Vans alternative, I thought I'd give them a try. I think I even had the kids version, but it might have been a different model. I am so glad I bought them. They are very basic, but that's all you need. I even bought a second pair in another color.
Most people would be a lot better off if they would just wear simple flat shoes like these without artificial arch support. I started wearing these about 5 days a week and my daily foot cramps are gone and my periodic plantar fasciitis has not returned.
As an added bonus, these stay good looking as I think the canvas is treated with something that repels water, etc. It makes them a bit warm at times, but it really seems to extend the time that they look good.
