I gotta say these will do very nicely in my quest to not look like every other middle-aged man, who only seem to want white tennis shoes. I'm sure the chicks will flock to my yard. These are really comfortable, fit true to size, and appear to be well made, so even if my yard remains empty I'm thinking they'll be well used.

These sneakers are leather, with the exception of the bottom. You will think they are dirty at first or have been worn previously, but that is how they are manufactured. If you look at the top pictures for the product, you can see that the color of the sneaker is also smudged on the rubber portion and on the bottom of the sole. This is a design element. The leather is nice and they are comfortable.

Classics. They go with practically everything casual and are very comfortable. They're on the snug side of "fit as expected" without socks, so with socks you might want to go up a half size...at least in my experience with 10.5 M. I have other Vans classics, and these run just slightly smaller than the lace-ups in my experience.

I've been an Altra fan for some time and have worn several of their shoes. These are great for casual wear and short walks in warm weather. The size of these shoes is more consistent with other brands than some of the other Altras, which seem to run about a whole size small.
