Memory foam insert really is quite comfortable, but holds the heat, and eventually it molds to your foot print. If you have any metatarsal problems, it could aggravate it.

These shoes are very roomy in the toe box, comfortable, and offer good support. The removable insole has a good arch and molds itself to the contours of your foot. The shoes were comfortable all day from the first day I put them on, so I didn't need to do the "wear them for 2 hours per day" break-in treatment. In fact, the third day I owned them I wore them to work - on a concrete floor for 12 hours, and had no problems at all.
This is definitely my new favorite shoe.

I do not like wearing these type of shoes for longs hours at work, but these shoes are very comfortable. Sometimes I feel like I am wearing trainers not these. Looks professional enough for the office environment.
