Great color, a little darker and more royal than the pic, not as electric. Still very nice though. Super comfy, especially with some spongey blue Dr Scholl's thrown in. I ordered a size up so I could do this. Can walk around for hours in total comfort, and there are relatively few shoes I can say that for. Not bad for hard surface indoor ping pong either, the soles have a respectable amount of grip.

I loved this shoes for work, are really comfortable. However, a sample or guide of size with more detail is needed in order to ensure they fit before buy them. Because the first one I ordered were small but then the exchange were too large.

This is my second pair of Lisbon shoes — I also have the brown ones.

Unfortunately I had to order three pairs of the brown ones before I got a pair that didn't have wrinkles or lumps along the side of the footbed. Vivobarefoot appear to have worked out the quality control issues, because this black pair is really comfy, with no lumps or deviations in the footbed.

The shoes appear quite durable, are comfortable for a mile or two of walking, and take a shine well.

Months later I still love my two pairs of these shoes. (I have one pair that are smaller that I use for general around town wear, and a 1/2 size larger I use for longer walks) I often put them on when I get home from a long hike/walk and they are very comfortable to spend the rest of the day in because of the way they spread your toes out. They are great for walking on rocks because the 'blocks' on the bottom stick like glue. But wet they are very slippery. And it takes a while for them to dry out. The sole is about worn out on one of my pairs but there are no holes anywhere in the shoe, not even between the toes where the material seems very thin. My longest walk in them has been 10 miles on a paved bike trail.

I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars for having performed so well over the long run.

Great shoes that fit well and are very comfy. They do not hit my ankle when I walk. They don't have a lot of padding like a running or walking shoe, yet are very comfortable on a walk. I have worn them on a 5 mile fitness walk and they were good. I also have bunions and they do not have straps that hurt my feet like some shoes. I usually wear them for casual wear with pants.

Not sure what changed but these sneakers are just like the ones I had before they changed something that made them LESS comfortable. In other words, these are much better than my last two pairs purchased over the previous couple years. So happy to see improvements made.
