I liked the shoe but my granddaughter had the wrong size. It received the shoes but they were way to big. I returned them (I thought) but when I tried to mail them back I was told they were shipped from Fife, UK and it would cost me
$58.00 dollars to mail them back. Can Amazon give me another address in the states so I don't have to pay that? I have since ordered the right size.

Authentic, and true to size in both width and length. Zero arch support for those over forty. Everything exactly as it should be. Item was as described, shipped and arrived when expected, and was packaged well for the journey. However, I do suggest ordering one full size up as the toe box isnt what one would expect in terms of width. Cant really ask for more! Thanks!

Because of the way this shoe is designed (having the elastic wedges) it's sort of impossible to lace these tight enough so your heel doesn't slip around a little when you walk. This isn't a huge deal if you want these for hanging out, office wear. But don't plan to walk much further than down the hall to the water cooler without some discomfort. They fit a little snug width wise, if you like thick socks, try a size up.
