This is my husband's second pair of Saucony gym shoes and he loves them. They're lightweight and comfortable. I don't know how they'd be for running but he wears them during his commute to and from the train station.

no arch support and thin insole. Looks like you could replace the insole if needed but they don't look tall enough to accommodate arch supports or orthotics. Not important to my teenager but felt it worth mentioning for adults.

Bought these for my boyfriend who is a server and he loves them. Shipping did take quite some time, but the value was worth it. He previously had a pair from Wal-mart and those didn't even last a month. Don't throw your money away on something you're going to have to immediately rebuy!

I wish these shoes came in more precise sizing. I got the large because my feet are size 10.5 US. However, there is a little lip in the back on the foot that awkwardly sticks out. It doesn't bother me too much, and they are very comfortable. I get asked about them all of the time. I got the gray and red ones. I really do like them, but I think I am going to go with black for my next pair. They are less noticeable and look less like water sports shoes.
